1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing medicines, uploading prescriptions, or placing orders on Pillza, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are acting with the consent of a parent or guardian where applicable.

2. Platform Use

Pillza provides a marketplace for the discovery, comparison, and ordering of medicines and pharmacy services. We do not directly supply medicines unless explicitly indicated by a participating pharmacy.

  • You must provide accurate personal, contact, and delivery information.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

3. Prescription Uploads

Prescription uploads are for medical review and fulfillment support. You agree that all uploaded files are accurate, lawful to share, and used only for the intended pharmacy service request.

  • Do not upload forged or altered prescription documents.
  • Pharmacies may refuse service if the prescription is incomplete or invalid.
  • Pillza is not a medical provider and does not replace professional healthcare advice.

4. Payment and Transactions

All payments and transaction activities must occur within the Pillza platform where applicable. Any payment outside the platform, direct bank transfer, cash exchange, or off-platform arrangement is prohibited.

Any external transaction outside Pillza voids platform protection and may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, or legal action when necessary.

5. Product and Service Accuracy

While we strive to be accurate in product listings, medicine availability, pharmacy details, and pricing, changes may occur. Pillza does not guarantee that all information will always be current at the moment of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pillza is not liable for delays, defective products, non-delivery, or harm arising from third-party pharmacies, prescriptions, or user behavior outside the platform. We do not guarantee medical outcomes, eligibility, or final product suitability.

7. Privacy and Data Use

By using Pillza, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes account details, contact information, prescription data, and delivery information needed to provide pharmacy services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
